NBS will arrange a joint excursion with the Norwegian «Moseklubben» to southern Norway. We plan to visit various habitats in the lowlands of Telemark and Vestfold. There will be a focus on epiphytes, and we aim to cover the variation of species in Orthotrichum s. lat. found in the region. Participants will of course be free to investigate other parts of the bryoflora. Full day excursions will be available during October 12^th-15^th.

We will stay at the hostel “Hotell Fritidsparken” https://skienfritidspark.no/en/hotel in Skien, Telemark.

The cost for the accommodation is 2500 NOK (c. 225 €) per person. This includes accommodation in a double room for three nights (12^th-15^th), three dinners (12^th-14^th), three breakfasts (13^th-15^th), and two packed lunches (13^th-14^th). A conference room will be available for meetings and determination work in the evenings.

If you prefer a single room the cost will increase. If you would like to stay some extra night(s), please contact the hostel and explain that you are part of the “Moseklubben”-excursion and you might get a price reduction for additional nights.
